The ‘Eon’ Group avatar marks the start of a new chapter and era for our organization (previously known as
Siddharth Group). The new identity was preceded by 35+ years of real estate development experience spanning the completion and delivery of 10+ million sq. ft. in urban and suburban parts of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region - including single/multi-tower residential complexes as well as a mixed-use riverside township
with a school, retail stores and lots more.

Bharat Shah
Chairman & Managing Director
Bharat Shah is Chairman and Managing Director at Eon Group. He founded the organization (under the previous name ‘Siddharth Group’) in 1990, and has spearheaded its growth to the scale it has achieved to date, having expanded the asset portfolio and also having completed and delivered several developments in various parts of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
Mr. Shah did his Bachelor of Commerce from Mumbai University.
Palash Shah
Director
Palash Shah is a Director at Eon Group, and led the rebranding to the new ‘Eon’ identity after joining the organization in 2019. He has played a key role in the successful relaunch of Riverwood Park Phase II and also the flagship project Eon One.
Prior to joining, Palash was an Associate on Brookfield Asset Management’s Real Estate Investments Team (Mumbai) and an Acquisitions Analyst at Starwood Capital Group (New York) prior to that. He possesses 3.5+ years of real estate private equity experience spanning USD 4+ billion of transactions.
Palash holds a B.Sc. in Economics (The Wharton School) and a B.A. in Chemistry (School of Arts and Sciences) from the University of Pennsylvania’s Roy and Diana Vagelos Program in Life Sciences and Management.
